WHO AM I?
My name's Adam Turner and I grew up in Dallas, Texas. I want to impact as many people as I can through art. In a world full of chaos, words are often not enough to express how we truly feel. That is what art is for– to illustrate the human condition in a way we can all connect to, which is more important now than ever.
then to now
I moved around a TON as a kid, so I am accustomed to things like change and inconsistency. But, one thing that remained consistent in my life was music. When I was really little, my parents would often find me playing the piano, giggling at the notes. So, they started me in lessons when I was five and that started it! From that moment on, I knew that whatever I chose to do in life, it would have to be music related. I was in choir at every school I went to, started doing community theatre at around twelve, and eventually, even ended up writing a musical! It seemed like it was just for fun at first. But, after watching the effect that the art had on others and seeing the true impact theatre could make; that's when I realized this is what I needed to do for the rest of my life.
